This simple clamping method squeezes the neck into the body.

The frets are hammered into the slots. They'll be trimmed flush to the edge of the fingerboard.

The original black pickguard was replaced with custom cut Tortoise .

I received the nut as a rectangular blank. It's harvested from legal Fossil Ivory.

The first cuts were to size it for the slot paying close attention to the angled bottom.

With the size dimensions completed slots were cut to accommodate the different string sizes.

Plenty of wet sanding and polishing later....
