This Martin D-28 unfortunately came in close contact with the boot of the owner's wife. I was assured it was an accident and could began repairing the back without fear of future footwear revenge.

All of the back braces were hanging by a sliver and needed to be removed and reattached.

While replacing the back was an option, together with the owner we decided to salvage the back and realign the splits..

The guitar is still in progress here and I'll include updated photos upon completion.
